Tea Set with Bamboo Handle
The tea set harks back to 206 BC during the Han Dynasty of China. At the time, it was made with porcelain and not with a creamer or sugar pot (as the British use today). We wanted to create an everyday large enough pot, thrown on the wheel using stoneware clay - that reminds of ancient tea ceremonies using only majestic loose leaf tea. We work with Marin based therapist, Tina Fossella, who transudes her human sensibility into her wares to create a range of exclusively-for-us ceramics that truly depicts our vision for the style of life - one that celebrates the hand, encourages the senses and respects the ritual of use. Pick it up and feel it for yourself - it is heartily alive.
Use and Care: Hand wash only. Treat it with respect.
