We are excited to introduce our inaugural release of We are a Flower. This wine highlights the characteristics we all love about Sauvignon Blanc – it’s refreshing, light and fruity flavors and blends them with the texture and body that Semillon has. It creates a wine that has finesse, structure, and will keep you coming back for more. The grapes were harvested and fermented separately before being blended in the winter. We blended the two varieties together in the winter and aged this wine in neutral 500L puncheons before bottling in late spring. This wine was made in limited quantities and won’t last long.
