Our 2020 Eden Rift Pinot is a wonderful expression from the Cienega Valley and the beautiful wines that come from that region. The different blocks of Pinot Noir were harvested over the course of 3 weeks depending on their ripeness across the vineyard. Each were hand harvested and natively fermented in small batches until dryness. Our basket press gently extracted the remaining juice in the fruit and the wine aged in neutral French oak for 16 months before bottling in December 2021.
