Organic White Beans are a great source of fiber, B vitamins and minerals. This vegan soup is packed with delicious vegan heart healthy protein. Add in some American Kombu Seaweed for it’s calcium, iodine, iron and vitamins to support immunity, reduce blood cholesterol and hypertension. On top of all that Kombu has been shown to have an enzyme that can break down the raffinose sugars in beans to make them easier to digest! If you needed anymore reason to start adding this to your monthly routine we add in rosemary, oregano & black pepper for their rich antioxidant and anti-inflammatory makeup.

Made in a facility that also processes nuts and tree nuts. This product is frozen. It is recommended to defrost before heating.
Instructions for defrosting: 1) take out of freezer and place in refrigerator a few days prior to use 2) soak container in a warm water bath for about 60 minutes 3) Place frozen soup in pot on stove on medium heat for 20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
